It not only helps you cheat a little to look slimmer, it actually helps to correct your posture and contracts your abdominal muscles! :) But of course don’t depend on that alone!

Been sick recently.. Fever and throat infection.
Had a huge lump on my throat and therefore couldn’t swallow solid food.
Been living off only water, some diluted milk and medicine..
Starved myself unintentionally and couldn’t work out :( ..
Sooooooo bad for my body!!!

Today feeling better so I’m gonna start working out and trying to eat proper food! (If I can swallow ><)

Spoilt myself for dinner tonight. :P
Wholemeal wrap with melted low fat cheese, turkey ham, tuna with egg whites and light mayo, capsicum, onions and tomatoes!
So so good, filling and quite healthy too!
Turkey ham is a good alternative as it’s a food that boosts metabolism!
